Tom Cabral

My name is Tom Cabral. I have two daughters, both believers—one a local school teacher and the other studying to become a school teacher.

I have been evangelizing for almost 40 years and open-air preaching for the past 13 years. I started doing street-corner evangelism with a cross that says “Are You Ready?” on the streets of Fall River, Massachusetts, in 2012, and then began open-air preaching in 2013.

I became friends with Tommy Waltz of Gospel of God Ministries when I lived in Wake Forest for 7 years and received my Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2009. From that friendship, he encouraged me in 2013 to do some open-air preaching as I was pastoring a small church in Fall River, MA, called Redemption Fellowship.

In 2019, I moved to Cape Coral, Florida, and started doing open-air ministry in local areas of Cape Coral and Fort Myers, as well as on the campuses of Florida SouthWestern State College and Florida Gulf Coast University. During this time, I also began going to other colleges in Florida and attending larger sporting events to witness the gospel.

In February 2024, I moved back to Fall River, MA, and I currently do local ministry in and around Fall River, MA. I also go onto multiple college campuses to do evangelism, including Brown University, Bridgewater State University, UMass Dartmouth, and Bristol Community College (in two locations). I have traveled around the country and done evangelism at large sporting events, and I have also traveled to London, England, and Glasgow, Scotland, expanding my ministry at times overseas.

Please pray that the Lord grants me many opportunities to share the gospel as I go out most days of the week to share the good news of Jesus Christ.
